Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote ES EthicSecur SofTec - SLM's products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with our team to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase web traffic.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.

Content Creation:

Create and manage compelling content for the company's website, blog, and social media channels.

Social Media:

Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

Analytics & Reporting:

Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).

SEO/SEM:

Conduct keyword research, manage SEO strategy, and optimize paid search campaigns.

Email Marketing:

Oversee the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance analysis.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
QualificationsRequired

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven work experience in digital marketing. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console). Working knowledge of ad serving tools. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,797.16 per month
