We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer - Demand Generation who can plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate must have experience in demand generation, digital ads, content writing and online marketing funnels.
Key Responsibilities
Capable of designing and executing innovative campaign strategies.
Create creative marketing content planning including blogs, social media posts, email content, landing page.
Plan and execute lead generation funnels to drive consistent inbound leads.
Research target audiences and build effective digital targeting strategies.
Manage campaign budgets, optimize CPL and improve ROI.
Track and measure campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
Create landing pages, lead forms and conversion-focused content.
Coordinate with sales teams to maintain lead quality and alignment.
Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation or Lead Generation.
Strong experience in creative content writing for digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital analytics tools.
Good communication and time-management skills.
MBA Preferred and must have Digital Marketing Certification.
Preferred Skills
Good Knowledge of Google sheets and docs.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
