About the Role

We are looking for a smart and result-oriented

Digital Marketing Specialist

to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital trends, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive measurable business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Manage and grow social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement. Optimize website traffic, conversions, and visibility through SEO,and content marketing. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement workflows. Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics,and related tools. Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and project management skills. Creative thinking with an eye for design and storytelling.

Preferred Skills

Experience in growth marketing or performance marketing. Familiarity with A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva,or Photoshop). Understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Lead generation and conversion rates ROI on ad spend Engagement and retention metrics
