We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic

Digital Marketing Specialist

to work with our

Marketing team and drive growth for our business. The ideal candidate will possess a

comprehensive understanding of SEO, SMM, Designing and Content Writing. He/she will be

responsible for implementing marketing strategies and demonstrating strong managerial skills.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, and drive growth for our business. Lead a team of marketers and work with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals. Make sure the team is fed with creative ideas and the content posted as a blog, vlog, reel, tweet, post etc., is top quality and aligns with brand language. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for improving website visibility and search engine rankings. Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance organic traffic. Manage social media accounts across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Create engaging content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor social media analytics to optimize performance. Continuously monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to the Marketing team to develop their skills. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Identify and implement new marketing channels and tactics to drive growth. Overall not just an executor but someone creative, self-motivated and driven to take on marketing passionately and is fearless in trying new ideas and voicing them to management.

Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Master's degree preferred. At least 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset to make informed decisions. Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and web analytics tools.
