Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for handling complete digital marketing operations, including:

Paid Advertising

Run and optimize ads on

Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube

Create high-converting ad copies & creatives Manage budgets and improve

ROI & CPL

A/B testing and performance optimization
Social Media Management

Handle all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Content planning, posting & scheduling Engagement building and brand presence Reel ideas, captions & trend-based content strategy
Lead Generation & Funnels

Generate high-quality leads through ads & organic channels Build and optimize landing pages & lead funnels CRM integration and lead tracking Improve conversion rates
Analytics & Reporting

Weekly & monthly performance reports Analyze data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Insights-driven strategy improvement
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

Google Ads & Meta Ads

Experience in

lead generation campaigns

Social media growth strategies Basic understanding of SEO Canva / Photoshop (basic design skills preferred) Funnel building & landing page understanding Good communication skills
