Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve website rankings and traffic
Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
Optimize website content and landing pages for conversions
Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms
Understanding of content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
