Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy.
Manage and grow platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Coordinate and produce high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs).
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics and optimize strategy accordingly.
Handle community engagement, respond to queries, and strengthen online presence.
Support campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand initiatives.
Required Experience & Skills
4+ years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and audience insights.
Proficiency with Canva and social media management tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.
Preferred
Experience running paid ads (Meta/LinkedIn).
Basic video editing skills.
Experience with NGOs, education, or tech sectors (preferred, not mandatory).
