Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms.
Develop monthly calendars and engaging posts for clients.
Manage accounts, respond to comments/messages, and track performance.
Suggest creative strategies to improve reach and engagement.
SEO & Website Optimization
Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and basic technical improvements.
Optimize website content for search visibility.
Track rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like Google Search Console & Analytics.
Recommend strategies to improve organic search results.
Paid Advertising (Optional but Preferred)
Set up and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
Handle basic Google Ads campaigns (Search/Display).
Monitor budgets, optimize ads, and prepare performance reports.
Content & Strategy
Develop digital marketing strategies based on client goals.
Coordinate with designers and editors to complete creative needs.
Suggest marketing ideas suitable for each client's niche.
Maintain a consistent growth plan for each account.
Reporting & Communication
Provide weekly or monthly performance reports.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.
Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram campaigns.
Basic knowledge of Google Ads (preferred).
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
Ability to manage social media accounts independently.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, and basic CMS.
Good communication and time-management skills.
