Designial is a B2B digital marketing agency seeking a HubSpot Certified Growth Marketing Specialist. This position requires prior experience working in a B2B digital marketing agency.
The specialist will be responsible for the execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns to generate marketing and sales leads for the agency's services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and run multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns using the HubSpot platform.
Manage marketing campaigns to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads for the agency.
Manage the HubSpot platform (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS). Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or AEM is (Preferred).
Write copy for campaign assets, including emails, ad creative, landing pages, and sales presentations.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, cost per lead).
Develop and maintain dashboards to report on lead generation, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance.
Qualifications and Experience
4-6 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing. (Required)
A significant portion of this experience must be from working at a B2B digital marketing or HubSpot-partner agency. (Required)
HubSpot Certification (e.g., Marketing Hub Software, Inbound Marketing). (Required)
Additional certifications in Salesforce, Marketo, or AEM. (Preferred)
Demonstrated experience managing projects autonomously.
Experience with marketing data analysis and campaign optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing. (Required)
An MBA or a Master's degree in marketing. (Preferred)
