About the Role

We are hiring

Digital Marketing Partners

to promote Whiz IT's

AI and IT-based products, platforms, and services

online. This is a

performance-based opportunity

, ideal for individuals who want to learn and grow in

digital marketing, lead generation, and online business promotion

. The role is

commission-based for the first 3 months

. After a

3-month performance evaluation

, candidates showing strong results and consistency may be

offered a full-time position with a fixed salary

.

Key Responsibilities

Promote company products and services through social media, digital ads, and online campaigns. Generate qualified leads for IT / AI products and services. Create basic marketing content such as posts, captions, and emails. Track, report, and optimize performance of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the internal team to improve brand visibility and conversion. Meet assigned monthly marketing or lead targets.

Compensation Structure (First 3 Months)

Commission:

10% on confirmed leads converted into sales / projects. Example: If your leads generate ?3,00,000 in sales, you earn ?30,000. After 3 months, high performers will be considered for

a full-time digital marketing executive role with fixed salary + incentives

.

Required Qualifications

Minimum age: 18 years. Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Good communication and creative thinking skills. Smartphone or laptop with internet access. Freshers are welcome.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads (preferred, not mandatory). Experience in creating or managing online campaigns. Interest in technology, AI, and digital trends. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
