Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, including website pages, blog articles, help articles, and social media posts.
Video Creation: Create videos using voice-over narration and screen recording software to demonstrate product features, tutorials, and promotional content.
Social Media Management: Manage and monitor social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement to drive brand awareness and engagement.
SEO and Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and optimize website content for improved organic visibility. Stay updated with SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
Competitor Research and Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to identify industry trends, strategies, and opportunities. Use the insights to enhance marketing campaigns and improve overall performance.
Blogging: Write informative and engaging blog posts on industry-related topics, focusing on driving organic traffic, establishing thought leadership, and engaging with the target audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing efforts, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure the performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all digital channels.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to implement innovative strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
Content Writing: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language. Experience in writing blog articles, help articles, and social media content.
Video Creation: Basic knowledge of video editing software and experience in creating engaging videos using screen recording and voice-over narration.
Social Media Management: Familiarity with major social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts for business purposes.
SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and generate reports using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Creativity and Adaptability: Demonstrated creativity in content creation, ability to adapt to changing digital trends, and willingness to explore new ideas and approaches.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with team members, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
