We're looking for an experienced data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search, social, email, and web.
Responsibilities
Campaign execution:
Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, display, remarketing).
Build and optimize Google Ads/Meta/LinkedIn campaigns (audiences, creatives, bids, budgets, A/B tests).
Content & social:
Brief/coordinate blogs, landing pages, and creatives; manage the content calendar and brand voice on social.
Email & automation:
Segment lists, set up journeys, newsletters, and nurture sequences; maintain sender reputation.
Analytics & reporting:
Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels/UTMs), build dashboards, and present insights.
CRO:
Improve landing pages and funnels via hypotheses, A/B tests, and UX best practices.
Website management:
Update pages, ensure hygiene (speed, mobile, accessibility), and coordinate fixes with dev/design.
Stakeholder collaboration:
Work closely with Sales for MQL/SQL definitions, lead routing, and feedback loops.
Brand consistency & compliance:
Ensure campaigns meet brand, privacy, and platform policy standards.
Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years in digital marketing or performance marketing
Hands-on tools:
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads, Search Console, keyword tools (e.g., Semrush/Ahrefs), and an email/marketing automation tool (e.g., HubSpot/Mailchimp).
