This role requires someone who can seamlessly switch between brand tones--Aleva Naturals' gentle, family-focused messaging while delivering engaging, results-driven digital marketing strategies. This isn't just a "social media" job -- it's a hands-on, full-stack digital marketing role for someone who can conceptualize and shoot social content one day and optimize Amazon ads or analyze Meta ROAS the next. We're looking for a rare hybrid: You're equal parts content creator, performance marketer, and e-commerce operator -- a storyteller who knows how to rank, and a strategist who knows how to sell. You think like a creator, plan like a marketer, and own results like it's your brand. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation + Brand Strategy (Aleva Naturals)
Build and execute tailored digital marketing strategies for both brands across all relevant platforms
Manage content calendars, maintain distinct brand voices, and execute on-brand campaigns
Plan, shoot, and edit compelling visual content (photo, video, motion graphics)
Own social platforms: manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and expand into YouTube E-Commerce sales & Performance Marketing
Oversee and optimize Shopify storefront (product pages, customer flow, A/B testing)
Manage Amazon Seller Central, First cry-- optimize listings, ads, promotions, and growth initiatives
Launch and manage ad campaigns across Amazon, Google, Meta (IG/FB),
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (sales, engagement, CAC, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Ads, etc.
Influencer Relations & Community Management
Identify, recruit, and manage influencer and UGC creator partnerships
Run seeding programs, PR initiatives, and brand ambassador efforts
Engage directly with customers through comments, DMs, and social interactions
Address complaints, questions, and feedback in a timely, brand-aligned manner
Leverage audience insights and trends to inform content and brand decisions Requirements:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and advertising
Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
Strong creative skills--video editing, motion graphics, Canva, Photoshop
Experience managing distinct brand voices and adapting strategy accordingly
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Ability to multitask, pivot quickly, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
