Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Messold Technologies, you'll be responsible for creating and pitching impactful strategies tailored for e-commerce clients, driving their success across digital platforms and beyond. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for helping e-commerce brands grow, and have the ability to craft powerful marketing strategies while confidently presenting them to clients, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Planning:



Develop comprehensive strategies for e-commerce brands, focusing on marketing, branding, sales funnels, and customer acquisition. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to create tailored solutions for each client. Design ROI-driven strategies that aim to scale clients' e-commerce businesses. Experienced in developing strategic social media plans to enhance brand visibility, with a keen understanding of content that engages audiences effectively.

Client Engagement:



Present and pitch strategic plans to clients, clearly outlining the roadmap, expected outcomes, and measurable results. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals. Build and nurture strong client relationships by addressing queries and delivering value-driven solutions.

Collaboration:



Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure strategies are executed flawlessly. Provide constructive feedback to teams to optimize campaign performance and deliverables.

Performance Analysis:



Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager. Identify improvement areas based on data insights and client feedback to refine strategies for better outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills Required:



Proven experience in scaling Indian e-commerce brands/ D2c brand, preferably within a digital marketing agency. Hands on experience in scaling social media to boost visibility and engagement for Indian e commerce brands online Expert-level knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads, with a strong focus on driving results for Indian e-commerce businesses. Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities for client pitches. Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and generating actionable insights. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce brands or startups.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
