Role Overview: We are seeking a highly versatile and proactive Social Media & SEO Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. This role is pivotal in driving our clients' online visibility, engagement, and growth across all digital touchpoints. You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, ensuring top-tier search engine performance, and managing impactful paid advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across all relevant channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with brand voice and platform best practices. Drive new user acquisition, implement strategies to significantly increase followers, and convert social engagement into tangible sales and leads. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and proactively recommend new strategies. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Social Media Optimization (SMO): Lead thorough SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability), and off-page strategies (link building). Implement SMO tactics to optimize social profiles for search visibility and enhance organic reach. Monitor and report on SEO/SMO performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Paid Advertising Management: Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Conduct in-depth audience research, keyword analysis, ad copy creation, and bid management to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance daily, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Website Development & Analytics Integration: Demonstrate proficiency in building and managing WordPress websites, ensuring they are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance. Expertly connect and configure essential tracking tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads pixels, Meta Ads pixels, and other relevant tracking requirements to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Utilize data analytics to inform strategies and provide actionable insights for client growth. LinkedIn Sales Generation: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platform features to identify, connect with, and nurture potential B2B leads. Develop personalized outreach strategies and content to drive lead generation and support sales efforts. AI Tools & Innovation: Actively research, evaluate, and implement maximum AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in SEO, SMO, content creation, and data analysis. Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies and industry best practices. Content & Basic Graphic Design: Collaborate with our creative team to ensure content strategy aligns with visual execution. Possess good knowledge of basic graphic design principles and proficiency in tools like Canva to create compelling social media visuals, ad banners, and other marketing collateral. Understand how to leverage existing video assets (corporate videos, shorts) for maximum impact across channels. Client Delivery & Proactiveness: Demonstrate enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering the best possible results for clients. Be proactive in identifying client needs, proposing innovative solutions, and communicating progress effectively. What We're Looking For: Proven experience (X+ years) in a hands-on digital marketing role with a strong focus on social media and SEO. Mandatory experience in SEO, with a thorough understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. Demonstrable expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Proficiency in WordPress website management and the integration of analytics/pixel tracking (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel). Experience with LinkedIn for B2B lead generation and sales outreach. Familiarity with various AI tools for marketing applications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment and directly with clients.
