Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaigns
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display, content marketing).
Identify target audiences and develop engaging campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing with business goals.
Content & Social Media
Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms.
Create, curate, and optimize content for website, blogs, newsletters, and social channels.
Monitor trends and competitor activities to keep strategies innovative.
Analytics & Optimization
Track, measure, and report performance of campaigns (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM).
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword research, and data-driven insights.
Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and lead conversion.
Advertising & SEO
Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and traffic.
Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry updates.
Collaboration
Work with designers, developers, and content creators to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Coordinate with sales and product teams to generate qualified leads.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (2-4+ years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Graphic design or video editing basics (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management (WordPress, Shopify, Wix).
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.
