Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our lead generation efforts across key markets including Australia, Philippines, Jordan, India, Sri Lanka, and South American countries. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our reach to our target demographic of 18-32 year olds seeking education and migration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Manage and optimize our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)

Create engaging content that resonates with our diverse international audience

Implement lead generation strategies to attract qualified prospects

Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights

Support our word-of-mouth referral programs with digital initiatives

Collaborate with our 8-member team to align marketing efforts with business goals

Assist in market research for new target regions (currently exploring Bangladesh market)

Required Qualifications

2+ years of proven digital marketing experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising

Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms

Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with international/multicultural audiences preferred

Knowledge of education or migration industry is a plus
