We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert with hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, audience targeting, B testing. The ideal candidate will also be well-versed in organic growth strategies and skilled in coordinating with creative teams to deliver high-quality digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns
Set up, test, and refine targeted audience segments to optimise campaign reach and aROI
Run and analyse A/B testing to improve performance and engagement
Develop and implement innovative organic social media strategies to boost retention and brand presence
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create engaging, on-brand content
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key performance indicators
Stay up-to-date with platform trends, updates, and best practices
Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all social channels.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience, especially with Meta platforms
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, ad metrics, and A/B testing techniques
Proven ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Knowledge of organic engagement and retention strategies
Must have a designated, quiet workspace at home
Must be available to work during UK business hours
Preferred Skills (a plus, but not mandatory)
Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms
Familiarity with Google Ads or other digital ad platforms
Basic understanding of content planning and scheduling tools
