About Us: Aureus Group is an exciting new entrant in the luxury retail space, specializing in the sale of high-end fashion and lifestyle products dealing in prestigious brands such as Gucci, Versace, Fendi, Balenciaga, Phillip Plein, etc. As we embark on our journey to establish ourselves as a premier destination for luxury shoppers, we are in search of an adaptable and experienced Project Manager who can roll up their sleeves and work across all functions to help build and scale our operations. Job Overview: We are in search of a dynamic and visionary Digital Marketing Specialist who possesses a deep understanding of all aspects of e-commerce. We are looking for someone who has played a vital role in scaling an e-commerce company globally. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in Mar-Tech Tools to drive our online success and maintain our luxury brand image. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including PPC advertising, email marketing, social media campaigns, and content marketing, to drive traffic, conversions, and brand loyalty across various online channels, including Amazon. 2. Google Performance Management: Manage Google My Business (GMB) listings, optimize local search presence, and monitor customer reviews and ratings. Create and manage Google Shopping campaigns to promote products and drive sales through Google\'s shopping platform. Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion metrics, and generate actionable insights to improve website performance and user experience. 3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Plan, execute, and optimize paid search advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Bing Ads, and other search engine marketing platforms. Conduct keyword research, create targeted ad groups, write compelling ad copy, and optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and improve conversion rates. 4. Google Shopping Optimization: Create and optimize Google Shopping campaigns to promote products and drive sales through Google\'s shopping platform. Optimize product feeds, titles, descriptions, and images to improve product visibility, relevance, and click-through rates (CTRs). Monitor product performance, analyse shopping campaign data, and make adjustments to optimize product listings and maximize conversions. 5. SEO Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance the discoverability of our luxury products, both on our website and on Amazon. Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to enhance search engine crawlability and relevance. 6. Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and marketing initiatives to boost sales and enhance customer retention, including Amazon-specific promotions. 7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop landing pages, ad creatives, and other assets optimized for conversion. Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify and implement website and campaign optimizations that improve conversion rates and user experience. 8. Social Media Advertising: Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Create engaging ad creatives, target audience segments effectively, and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and conversions. 9. Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers, drive repeat purchases, and increase customer lifetime value. Segment email lists, create personalized content, and optimize email deliverability and open rates through effective email marketing strategies. 10. E-commerce Platform Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of various e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc., and their capabilities. Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and conversions on e-commerce platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to e-commerce platforms and leverage them to enhance marketing strategies. 11. Competition Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging market dynamics, conducting regular research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats in both the luxury e-commerce and Amazon spaces 12. Data Analytics: Create, analyze, and maintain monthly reports to show the growth of marketplaces, the impact of digital marketing, and analytics of channels and marketplaces. Qualifications: > Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). > 4 -5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry. > Proficiency in Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO and SEM tools. > Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and SEM strategies. > Proven track record of success in e-commerce leadership roles, with a strong focus on luxury or high-end markets, and specific expertise in managing Amazon marketplace strategies. > Product Listing and Cataloguing enabled with SEO for marketplaces and ecommerce websites. > Deep expertise in e-commerce technology, platforms, and digital marketing, including proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising. > Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. > Strong project management and organizational abilities. > Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of the luxury consumer market. > Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of online retail dynamics is a plus.
