Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn
.
Develop and manage content strategies for social media, websites, and email marketing.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation through targeted digital channels.
Collaborate with the sales, creative, and CRM teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
Manage SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online presence and visibility of real estate projects.
Create and manage landing pages and lead forms to capture potential client information.
Coordinate with digital agencies, photographers, and content creators for marketing assets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in
digital marketing for real estate projects

Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, and Analytics tools
.
Excellent understanding of lead funnels, audience targeting, and remarketing strategies.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
