Job Description

IndiaZone -- a fast-growing B2B commerce platform -- is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, SEO/SEM, and analytics-driven growth.

Core Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing (Primary) Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads + Meta Ads Manage monthly ad budgets and track ROI Set up conversion tracking, funnels & retargeting Prepare weekly analytics & growth dashboards

Social Media Marketing:

Manage content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube Plan monthly calendars, campaign ideas & brand stories Coordinate with designers to produce creatives, reels & ad assets

SEO + Website Growth:

Improve SEO ranking, keywords, on-page + off-page Monitor Search Console, Analytics, SEMRush, etc. Build landing pages & optimize user journeys

Campaign Strategy:

Create campaigns for:

Supplier onboarding Buyer awareness MicroFair promotions Brand positioning Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives & landing pages

Requirements (Must-Have):

2-5 years experience in Digital/Performance Marketing Proven hands-on experience with:
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics & Search Console
Strong copywriting for ads, scripts & landing pages Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns & present reports Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Experience in B2B or E-commerce marketing Knowledge of email automation, WhatsApp campaigns & CRM tools Basic experience with Canva/Figma Ability to script or plan short video content
