Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing professional with 4+ years of experience to lead and optimize Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The role is primarily focused on performance marketing, lead generation, and ROI-driven growth, with basic SEO support as a secondary responsibility. You will work closely with creative and content teams to scale high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta to drive leads and conversions. Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ads. Support SEO basics, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking. Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools and share actionable insights.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Strong expertise in performance marketing and lead generation Basic understanding of SEO principles Experience with analytics and campaign optimization tools Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
