Role Overview



The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead paid and organic campaigns, drive brand visibility, and ensure strong ROI across digital platforms. The role includes managing SEO strategy, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with creative and content teams to deliver effective, integrated marketing outcomes.

Responsibility:



Develop and execute ROI-focused digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement through paid and organic channels. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present actionable insights. Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams for integrated marketing efforts. Manage digital budgets effectively to ensure maximum Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings. Track your SEO performance regularly using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO alignment in content creation and website updates. Prepare monthly SEO performance reports, highlighting ranking improvements, traffic growth, and ROI impact.

Requirements



Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing. Must have worked with a recognized big brand (mandatory). Strong understanding of paid advertising, social media, content marketing, and analytics. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CRM platforms. Excellent communication and strategy execution skills.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
