Nutrition Shoppe is a growing health and wellness brand dedicated to providing high-quality nutritional supplements and promoting a healthy lifestyle. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take our online presence to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.
Responsibilities include strategic planning, content creation coordination, campaign setup and optimization, audience targeting, budget management, performance tracking, and continuous A/B testing to drive measurable ROI and meet key business objectives.
Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow followers & engagement rates
Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking
Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and prepare reports for management
Collaborate with the design and content team to create marketing materials, creatives, and ad copies
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools & strategies
Manage influencer collaborations and affiliate marketing initiatives
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (2-5 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, etc.)
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools
Creative mindset with strong communication and copywriting skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)Requirements
