We are seeking a skilled and results-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, and generate qualified leads.

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.) Manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns -- setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices (on-page and off-page) Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) -- plan and schedule posts, track engagement, and grow audience Develop and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, drip campaigns, and customer journeys Analyze performance data (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and prepare reports with insights and improvement suggestions Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-converting campaigns Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skills :

At least work on one Startup to grow in Marketing. Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Marketing Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo) Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
