Job Description

We are looking for a

highly skilled, expert-level Digital Marketing Specialist

with strong hands-on expertise in

paid advertising and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

. The ideal candidate will have deep, practical experience managing end-to-end ad campaigns and delivering consistent, performance-driven results.

This role requires

expert-level proficiency

in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns independently across platforms, with a strong focus on ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

Manage and scale

Google Ads

campaigns Develop performance-driven ad strategies focused on leads, sales, and ROAS Implement advanced targeting, retargeting, and funnel-based ad strategies Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROAS Manage

Social Media Optimization (SMO)

to support paid and organic growth Coordinate with design and content teams to create high-performing creatives Prepare performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

Expert-level experience

in Facebook-Instagram Ads and Google Ads Strong, hands-on experience managing

live, ongoing ad campaigns

Ability to independently handle budgets, optimization, and scaling Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, analytics, and reporting

Added Advantages

Hands-on experience running ads for

ecommerce websites

(product ads, shopping ads, conversion-focused campaigns)

Prior experience handling

SEO projects

will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
