Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building).
Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
Monitor and evaluate search results and performance across major search channels.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar role.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO).
Experience working in a digital marketing agency or multiple projects simultaneously.
