The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Monitoring and analyzing website performance:
  • Web traffic metrics: Analyze web traffic metrics such as page views, bounce rate, and time on site to identify areas for improvement.
1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize various digital channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
2. Social Media Management:
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts like to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
3. SEO and SEM:
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
4. Content Creation:
  • Develop and create compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms, including blogs, articles, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
5. Email Marketing / Whatsapp:
  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the marketing team and management.
7. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Make recommendations for new and innovative digital marketing strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
