Responsibilities: Analyse customer expectations according to past social media activity Develop social media campaigns Update social media content across all channels Engage with customers and followers Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite , Zoho Social, etc. Monitor campaigns and analyses data obtained Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics Manage the content on the website and constantly update it Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network Develop content using AI tools and coordinate with the graphic designer Keep an eye on social media trends & constantly shoot products in the store Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers Run media campaigns on Meta & Google Ideate & Manage all offline marketing activities Skills and Qualifications: Experience as a social media manager or a similar role for atleast 2 years Experience in creating social media strategies Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc. Prior experience as a copywriter is a bonus Prior experience as a content manager Excellent verbal and written communication skills Craft engaging content Organised and able to multitask Good aesthetic and design skills Industry Retail Employment Type Full-time Job Location : Goregaon Salary Bracket : 20K - 30K (Negotiable) Days : Monday - Friday - Goregaon (Sometimes Visit the Other Store for Generating Content) Saturday & Sunday (Holiday - Only Required while Posting Content) Time: 10:00am - 7:00pm
