Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Plan monthly content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging. Create Instagram posts/reels (basic graphic designing required). Write content or efficiently generate content using AI tools.

SEO, SMO & Website Growth

Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO coordination. Optimize Google My Business (GMB) for ranking, reviews, and daily posting. Monitor website traffic and improve search engine visibility.

Paid Marketing & Performance

Assist in running paid ads (Meta + Google) if required. Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, etc.

Brand Building & Communication

Coordinate with the creative team, videographer, and clinic operations for content. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Bring new ideas for campaigns, reels, influencer tie-ups, and engagement growth.

Requirements

3-6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, SMM & GMB optimization. Ability to create posts using Canva or similar tools. Good written English & experience using AI for content generation. Knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads is a plus. Experience in healthcare, beauty, wellness, or salon industry is preferred (not mandatory).
