Social Media Manager

to lead our digital marketing efforts, drive engagement, and manage ad campaigns to enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Creation

Plan and execute engaging content for

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms

. Create

Reels, graphics, and videos

to attract and retain students. Write compelling captions, posts, and articles related to

IIT-JEE preparation

.

Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)

Strategize, set up, and optimize

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

campaigns. Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, and generate reports. Run lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.

Strategy & Growth

Develop and implement a

digital marketing strategy

to increase engagement and student enrollments. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay updated with trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

5 years

in social media marketing & paid ads.

Skills:

Proficiency in

Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

. Expertise in

content creation, video editing, and graphic design

(Canva, Adobe tools preferred). Strong writing skills for engaging content & ad copies. Analytical mindset to track and improve performance.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
