About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team and help enhance the discoverability and performance of our educational content across digital platforms--particularly YouTube. This role requires a blend of SEO expertise, creative content optimization, and a strong academic understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research focused on academic subjects, syllabus-specific topics (K-12/NCERT/CBSE), and student search behavior. Utilize YouTube SEO tools like

vidIQ

and

TubeBuddy

to optimize video content. Analyze performance using

YouTube Analytics

and implement data-driven SEO strategies. Write compelling titles and descriptions to increase visibility and click-through rates. Promote content across social media platforms and manage viewer/community engagement. Collaborate with video production teams; basic knowledge of video editing/production is a plus. Coordinate with content and academic teams for alignment and quality. Maintain professionalism, adhere to office ethics, and uphold team values.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in SEO concepts with a strong focus on YouTube optimization. Knowledge of

YouTube SEO tools

(vidIQ, TubeBuddy) and

YouTube Analytics

. Creative copywriting abilities for digital platforms. Understanding of social media platforms and content promotion techniques. Good communication, comprehension, and coordination skills. Ability to grasp academic structures, subject matter, and education standards (NCERT/CBSE or higher education).
Basic video editing knowledge is advantageous.

Preferred:

Experience in the

EdTech

or

education

industry. Freshers with the above skills and a passion for educational content are encouraged to apply.
