Optimize podcast titles, descriptions, thumbnails, landing pages, and website content for
SEO and engagement
Manage
paid ad campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive reach, subscribers, and leads
Track and analyse performance using
Google Analytics, Search Console
, and other tools
Conduct
A/B testing
, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting
Collaborate with design and content teams to align podcast and marketing goals
Stay updated with
digital marketing and podcast industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Must have strong knowledge of podcasts and digital content marketing
Proven experience in
SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media strategy
Proficiency in tools such as
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva/Adobe
, HubSpot, or similar
Strong communication, copywriting, and analytical skills
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
