Job Description

A Digital Marketing Specialist creates, implements, and manages online campaigns across channels like SEO, PPC, social media, and email to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales, involving content creation, data analysis (using tools like Google Analytics), performance reporting, competitor research, and staying current with trends to optimize strategy and engagement for target audiences. Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, Display).

Content:

Create engaging content (blogs, videos, graphics, ads) and manage website/social media updates.

SEO/SEM:

Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Social Media:

Manage platforms, schedule posts, engage with communities, and run social ads.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track KPIs, analyze data (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and report on campaign performance to leadership.

Market Research:

Monitor trends, research competitors, and identify new opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work with sales, creative, and other teams for consistent messaging.
Required Skills & Tools:

Technical:

Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush), Social Media Platforms, Email Marketing Software (Mailchimp).
