Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven
Digital Marketing professional
who can plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling end-to-end digital marketing activities--from strategy and execution to performance tracking and lead generation.
You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through data-driven digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Planning
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Identify target audiences and design campaigns across digital channels
Work closely with management to support branding and lead-generation initiatives
2. Content & Social Media Marketing
Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
Create and schedule posts, reels, blogs, and marketing creatives
Drive engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility
Coordinate with designers and content writers when required
3. Performance Marketing
Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
Track campaign performance and ROI
Improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead
4. SEO & Website Optimization
Manage on-page and basic technical SEO
Coordinate content creation for blogs, landing pages, and case studies
Work on keyword research, meta tags, and internal linking
Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools
5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Use CRM or marketing automation tools for nurturing leads
Ensure compliance with data and communication guidelines
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
Certifications in related activity preferred
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads & Meta Ads
LinkedIn marketing
SEO & content marketing
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs (preferred)
Good communication and copywriting skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good to Have
Experience in B2B marketing or IT/technology services
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Basic understanding of UI/UX and conversion optimization
Experience with WordPress and landing page tools
