About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Performance Executive who can run, manage, and optimize paid ads for different types of businesses. This role focuses on getting results--leads, sales, and growth--through smart ad strategies and continuous optimization.
What You Will Do
Run paid ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Create and manage search, display, video, and remarketing campaigns
Monitor ads daily and optimize for better performance
Manage budgets and improve ROI
Test ad copies, creatives, and audiences
Track conversions, leads, and sales
Work with the design and content team for ad creatives
Prepare simple performance reports
Stay updated with ad platform changes and trends
Skills We Are Looking For
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Basic understanding of performance marketing
Ability to analyze data and take action
Knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and pixels
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple campaigns
Good to Have
Experience with e-commerce or lead generation ads
Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads
Google or Meta certifications
