Digital Marketing Specialist
to scale our online visibility, traffic, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and marketplaces
Manage budgets, ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion metrics
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and copies
SEO & Website Optimization
Improve organic traffic through
SEO strategies (on-page & off-page)
Coordinate with web/dev teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys
Track website performance using
Google Analytics, Search Console
Social & Content Marketing
Support social media growth through campaign planning and content optimization
Collaborate with content, influencer & PR teams for integrated campaigns
Convert launches, offers, and PR moments into high-performing digital campaigns
Email, WhatsApp & CRM Marketing
Execute retention campaigns via
email, SMS, and WhatsApp
Improve repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (CLV)
Analyze campaign performance and optimize flows
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Share actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
Monitor competitors, trends, and new digital opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in
Digital Marketing
, preferably in
D2C / Beauty / FMCG
Strong hands-on experience with
Meta Ads & Google Ads
Working knowledge of
SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization
Familiar with tools like
GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, CRM tools
Strong analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,059.17 - ₹30,000.00 per month
