Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and grow company social media accounts across platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Implement SEO & SEM strategies to improve website traffic, search rankings, and lead generation
Plan and manage monthly social media calendars and ensure regular content posting and engagement
Run email marketing campaigns, automation, and retargeting activities
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports
Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPL, conversions, engagement, and reach
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Requirements
0-1 year of experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing)
Basic understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ads Manager
Strong communication skills and creative thinking
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and grow in the IT & Cloud services domain
