Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics to drive brand growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

paid campaigns

on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms Manage

SEO strategy

including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Create and execute

content marketing strategies

for websites, blogs, and social media Manage

social media marketing

, including content planning, posting, and engagement Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like

Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite

Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve

conversion rates

Coordinate with designers, content writers, and developers for campaign execution Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Work on

lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI-driven campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-4 years of proven experience in

digital marketing

Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing

Experience with

performance marketing and conversion optimization

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs Basic understanding of

HTML, WordPress, and landing page optimization

is a plus Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with

agencies or multiple brands

Knowledge of

email marketing, automation tools, and CRM platforms

Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is an added advantage
