Digital Marketing Specialist
with a minimum of
5 years of hands-on experience
in managing social media, brand marketing, digital campaigns, PR activities, and online presence. The ideal candidate must be proactive, strategic, and capable of independently driving brand visibility across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Manage and grow the company's presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
Create, execute, and monitor paid and organic campaigns.
Plan, design, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, blogs, and creatives.
Track analytics, insights, and KPIs to optimize performance.
Brand Marketing:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility.
Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with internal teams for product promotions and brand-led content.
Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns and online reputation building.
PR & Communication:
Manage digital PR activities, influencer collaborations, and media interactions.
Draft and distribute press releases, announcements, and media content.
Maintain strong relationships with digital PR partners, influencers, and online communities.
Content & Creative Management:
Coordinate with designers or create basic creatives when required.
Oversee content calendars, storytelling strategies, and brand-based messaging.
Ensure high-quality, engaging, and trend-aligned content.
SEO, SEM & Website Management:
Monitor website performance, SEO strategies, and Google rankings.
Coordinate updates, landing pages, and site optimization.
Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid marketing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (Mandatory).
Proven experience in social media management, digital campaigns, and brand marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics tools, and content strategy.
Experience in handling PR, influencers, and media communications.
Proficiency in digital tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, CRM tools, etc.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
