Google Ads
Plan, set up, and manage PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing).
Optimize ads for maximum ROI and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and keywords.
Monitor daily performance and prepare campaign reports.
Facebook Ads
Create and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
Set up audience targeting, budgeting, and bidding strategies.
Optimize campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Track performance through Meta Ads Manager.
Google Analytics & Reporting
Set up tracking, goals, and events in Google Analytics / GA4.
Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion paths.
Provide data-driven insights and monthly performance reports.
Identify improvement areas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (adjust as needed).
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Proficiency in Google Analytics / GA4.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
