B2B Academy is a professional training institute offering import-export and business development courses. We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online marketing and lead generation activities.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (images, posts, videos, reels, stories, shorts) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile.
Execute and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads and drive course enrollments.
Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance; maintain proper analytics and reporting.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow followers organically.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
Create promotional videos, course teasers, and digital content for marketing campaigns.
Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings.
Optimize website pages for SEO, user experience, and conversions.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
Manage local SEO to improve visibility for regional searches.
Collaborate with the management team to understand courses, audience, and objectives.
Stay updated with digital trends, SEO updates, platform algorithms, and new content formats.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 6 months to 2 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in education or training institutes).
Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Experience in image and video editing tools; basic graphic design skills are a plus.
Ability to analyze metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns.
Strong creativity, communication skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
Key Performance Indicators:
Growth in website traffic (organic + paid).
Increase in social media followers and engagement.
Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
Conversion rate from leads to enquiries/enrollments.
Timely submission of weekly/monthly performance reports.
Salary:
?20,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on skill and experience)
