Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, reels, videos, stories).
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
Analyze insights and performance metrics to improve campaign results.
Monitor trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Respond to messages, comments, and engage with followers.
Coordinate with designers and content writers as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing (agency or brand side).
Proficiency in Content, SEO, Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, Photoshop, Video editing, and scheduling tools.
Strong understanding of content strategy, target audience, and platform algorithms.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Portfolio or examples of previous work (preferred).
Nice to Have:
Experience in e-commerce industries.
Basic design or video editing skills.
Familiarity with performance marketing funnels and lead generation.
