Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Awareness & Strategy
Develop and implement
integrated digital marketing strategies
aligned with overall business objectives.
Build and enhance
brand presence
across digital channels to increase visibility and recognition.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, identity, and messaging across all online platforms.
Conduct
competitive benchmarking
and market research to position the brand effectively.

Analyze campaign data using
Google Analytics, GA4, and other reporting tools

3. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with
influencers, bloggers, and brand advocates

Negotiate collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships to maximize brand reach.
4. Content & Social Media Marketing
Manage and grow
social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) through engaging content.
Collaborate with the creative/content team to deliver
visuals, videos, and copywriting
tailored for campaigns.
Drive community engagement, respond to customer queries, and manage brand reputation online.
Track social media performance, audience insights, and engagement trends.
5. Data, Reporting & Optimization
Prepare
weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
on digital campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and future strategies.
Stay updated with
digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
to implement innovative growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven
1.5+ years of experience
in Digital Marketing or related role.
Strong expertise in
PPC campaign management
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads).
Experience in
brand awareness campaigns, influencer marketing, and online reputation management
.
Proficiency in
SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
.
Hands-on knowledge of tools:
Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Mailchimp
.
Strong
analytical skills
with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
Excellent
communication, copywriting, and project management skills
.
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related field
.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Certifications in
Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing (preferred)
.
Experience in
both B2B and B2C marketing environments
.
Knowledge of
marketing automation tools
(HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
Creative thinking with ability to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
