Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Performance Marketing



Execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for ROI and CPA. Conduct A/B testing of ads and creatives for improved performance. Generate campaign reports and provide actionable insights.

Social Media Management



Manage client social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Develop content calendars and ensure brand consistency. Write engaging copy and coordinate with the creative team for visuals. Track engagement, growth, and performance metrics.

Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with the creative, content, and client servicing teams. Share weekly and monthly reports with recommendations. Research competitors and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing and social media. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics. Strong content writing and communication skills. Ability to balance analytical thinking with creative execution.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
