Required Qualifications
Experience: 5 - 6 years of professional experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia content, branding, and measurable results.
Proficiency in design and editing tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), Canva, Doodly, Vimeo, etc.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual thinking skills.
Experience in financial services, fintech, or collections industry is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Open-minded and culturally aware with a growth mindset.
