Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, and a strong understanding of digital channels and strategies. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various online platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Development and Execution:

Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.

Develop creative assets, ad copy, and content in collaboration with the design and content teams.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and ensure best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.

Monitor and report on organic search performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

3. Social Media Marketing:

Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Create engaging posts, manage community interactions, and analyze performance metrics.

4. Performance Tracking and Analysis:

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Generate insights from data and prepare reports to measure ROI and KPIs for marketing efforts.

5. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:

Develop and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.

Optimize ad spend, targeting, and creativity for maximum efficiency.
