Junior Marketing Executive

to support our marketing team in building a robust brand presence across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of

multi-channel marketing campaigns

(digital, print, events). Assist in

daily management of social media

- content planning, posting, performance tracking, and engagement. Coordinate with

internal teams and external agencies

to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery. Collaborate with the design team to create

engaging visual and written content

for website, social media, email, and offline materials. Conduct

market research

, consumer behavior insights, and

competitor analysis

to guide strategy. Plan and assist in the execution of

brand activations, exhibitions, partnerships, and in-store promotions

. Track marketing KPIs and prepare

performance reports with insights and optimization ideas

. Ensure

consistency in brand voice and visual identity

across all channels. Maintain and update

marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and budget sheets

.

Requirements

Minimum

3-4 years

of hands-on marketing experience (preferably in a brand, agency, or retail/lifestyle company). Deep understanding of

digital marketing and offline promotions

. Familiarity with tools like

Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and other scheduling or reporting platforms

. Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills. Strong

coordination, follow-up, and multitasking

abilities. Highly

organized

, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Collaborative team player with a

creative and analytical mindset

.

Nice to Have

Prior exposure to

influencer marketing, public relations

, or

event-based marketing

. Working knowledge of

basic design tools

(Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop). Experience in

content writing

or

visual storytelling

.
