Job Description

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation



Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor KPIs and ROI of campaigns and continuously optimize performance. Develop and execute lead generation strategies using landing pages, funnels, forms, and CRM tools. Create, manage, and nurture email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

SEO & Content



Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic rankings and traffic. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Optimize content and metadata for SEO best practices. Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality SEO-friendly content.

Website Management (WordPress)



Build and maintain websites and landing pages using WordPress. Implement changes, fix bugs, and ensure website security and performance. Manage website plugins, backups, and integrations with marketing tools. Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for minor customizations.

Analytics & Reporting



Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:



Proven 4+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on campaign management. Expertise in

Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

. Strong understanding of SEO (technical + content), SEM, and PPC strategies. Experience with

WordPress

website development and management. Knowledge of

HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript

and page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho). Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:



Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus. Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tools. Understanding of funnel building and sales pipeline optimization.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
