About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative

Digital Marketing Specialist

with 2-3 years of experience to join our marketing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running performance-driven digital campaigns, managing social media, content, and analytics to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising Manage and grow the company's online presence across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly for improved performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions) Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve organic rankings Coordinate with content, design, and tech teams for campaigns, landing pages, and creatives Create monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or brand-side) Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and email marketing Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads or Meta Certification is a plus Experience with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for landing page optimization (optional)
